  • Some of our subscribers are covered either through insurance or through local agencies that help those who cannot afford the system but need the security.

  • Your medical alert system will range from $33 to $59 per month depending on your choice of equipment and your subscription plan. We never charge additional fees, like activation, shipping or service charges.

    All we ask is that you send your equipment back to us when you are done using it. Just contact one of our team members and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and box.

    You always have our 30 day money back guarantee, your rate plan will never go up and you can cancel anytime your service is no longer needed.  Please go to the pricing page to get more details.

  • You have the option to select a monthly, quarterly (3 months) or annual subscription period. These amounts are pre-paid using the credit or debt card that was used on your original order.  Your rates will never increase, and you can change your subscription by giving us a call.

    You can cancel anytime. Just let us know and we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label so you can easily return your system to us. When we receive it, we will automatically terminate your service.  Any months of service months not used are refunded to you.

  • Yes. All of our Medical Alert systems can be worn in the shower. However, we do not recommend fully submerging your device in water (such as the bath, or pool)

  • Nothing!  All shipping (return included), set-up, activation, cellular service are covered in your monthly subscription.

  • If your equipment is damaged during everyday use, give our team a call, and we will replace it at no cost to you.

    All our systems come with an unconditional warranty on parts, labor and service for as long as you are a Subscriber. Repairs are free, including shipping.

  • We recommend testing your device monthly to ensure the microphone and speaker are functioning properly.

    Simply press your button and connect to our response center.  Tell them you are testing your system.

  • If you have any questions, please refer to our individual device manuals on the device page, which will cover operation questions. If you still need clarification, feel free to reach out to one of our team members.

  • Your medical alert system requires no routine servicing. 

  • All systems are delivered free of charge and come pre-programmed and ready for use.

    Once you receive your device, you should perform a test call to confirm proper operation. Testing is done by simply pushing the alert button, and letting the call center know you are just performing a test call.

  • To cancel the service, give us a call and we’ll send you a pre-paid shipping label to return your monitoring system.

    You can do this at any time. Please keep and use the original shipping and system packaging boxes. Once you have cancelled your service we will refund to your credit card any unused months of pre-paid service.
